We love dogs! In most cases, we all get along. However, we run across cases where a dog will not let the tech into the yard or clients have dogs doing a job protecting the property and owners. We respect the fact that we are coming into their “world”.
We have a few ways to help relieve the stress of a dog and the technician. First, you will know the day of the week your tech is coming to service the yard, so you can leave the pet inside if you wish. In addition, we are able to send a text that we are on the way, allowing you a few minutes to secure the dog. We do not take any unnecessary risks with your dog or our employees.
-
With respect to scheduling, we are unable to provide a timeframe on your scoop day. We have many yards to clean, and our routes are constantly being optimized for efficiency. This also helps keep our rates low for you! Our routes run from around 7am to dark.
Communication is important and you will always receive notice via text when we are on the way. We provide about 30-60 minutes notice, so you are properly informed of our arrival. Your scoop day will be the same day each week. If your service day ever changes, we will always communicate with you in advance.

No, you do not have to be home when we clean. We simply ask for easy access to your gate. We can also clean with your dogs in your yard if they are friendly. Our team loves all animals! Once the cleanup is completed, we will send a picture of your closed gate to your phone number or email on file, so you have records of it.
Note: If our staff has never met your dogs before and you are home, please let the technician know ahead of time that you will be letting the dogs out for an introduction. We don’t want to startle anyone!

Yes! We disinfect our equipment after each cleanup with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs.

1. Your yard must be easily accessible
2. Lawns should be cut on a regular basis without large amounts of leaves or debris. Autumn in the scooping industry is known as “poop camouflage season.” Please be mindful that we can only pick up what we can see.
3. Gates should be free of snow & Ice and unlocked when we arrive. If you provide us with gate codes, we will always lock up once we are done.
4. Aggressive dogs must be left indoors on scheduled service days.
5. If you know you will not need services, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
